Full Journal pdf2006-02-27 House Journal Page 2650 HB 382 The following, which was advanced to third reading from the February 24, 2006, calendar (page 2629), was read the third time: HOUSE BILL NO. 382 "An Act relating to recorking, sealing, or packaging of wine served with a meal and removal of recorked, sealed, or packaged wine from licensed premises." Representatives Ramras, Elkins, Rokeberg, and Berkowitz moved and asked unanimous consent that they be allowed to abstain from voting because of a conflict of interest. Objection was heard, and the members were required to vote. The question being: "Shall HB 382 pass the House?"
